Transformative Repair for Social Change Toolkit.
This project involved collaborating with the Creative Industries, Social Enterprise, Repair and Restoration Initiative (CISERR) as the design lead to create an informational resource addressing social and environmental challenges through design. CISERR is committed to empowering young men in regional communities by providing creative skills development, capacity building, and fostering readiness for social and economic participation.
The initiative integrates arts, enterprise thinking, and sustainable practices to create viable employment pathways for regional youth.
My primary focus was on designing a guide that documents the Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation (MEL) processes, which are essential for capturing the outcomes and impact of CISERR’s programs. The design simplifies complex information into a visual, easy-to-follow format, utilising bold colours and friendly illustrations to engage viewers and make the content more accessible.
